Becoming a Staff Member

What it’s like to work at Dunwoody:

Dunwoody employs more than 250 collaborative, fun, and caring people. Around 80 of these employees are staff members, belonging to departments such as:

  • Enrollment Management (including, Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and Marketing)
  • Academic Affairs (including Student Affairs and Career Services)
  • Administration (including Accounting, IT, and Student Accounts)
  • Institutional Advancement (including Alumni Relations and Advancement Services)

And each and every one of our employees are dedicated to a supportive work environment and the success of our students.

Being a smaller, private college allows staff members to really get to know one another and the students. It also allows for employees to be creative with the way their department works, experiment with new software and processes, implement new ideas, and have a sense of ownership over their work.

We want people who are willing to help us grow, and, in return, we do the same for our employees.

Employee appreciation and development

In addition to a competitive benefits package, Dunwoody also offers many other recognition and growth opportunities for staff members.
