A Dunwoody-style business degree

Industry needs leaders and managers with a technical background. With a large percentage of Minnesota’s workforce set to retire over the next decade, many employers are looking to replace valued managers and leaders, especially those who work in small- and mid-sized companies.

Whether you are mid-career or just starting out, Dunwoody’s Business Management offerings are for graduates of Associate of Applied Science/Associate of Science programs who are looking to gain the skills and bachelor’s degree they need to move into managerial positions or start their own business.

Students explore how to tackle complex projects; manage relationships; make decisions around finance and marketing; and keep quality and efficiency goals on track. Leadership courses are a core part of the program, positioning graduates to not only manage people and work, but also lead their company or start-up business into the future.

Together with industry partners, our faculty update curriculum so graduates have the analytical, management, leadership, and communication skills needed to succeed as managers, leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Courses are offered in a distance-learning format so students can work while finishing their degree.
