Land O’Lakes, Inc. Chief Technology Officer Teddy Bekele will address the Class of 2023 on May 20
Minneapolis — Dunwoody College of Technology, a private, non-profit institution and pioneer in technical education, is proud to announce that Teddy Bekele, the Chief Technology Officer at Land O’Lakes, Inc., will deliver the keynote address during this year’s Commencement Exercises.
The College will honor the graduating Class of 2023 at 11 a.m. on Saturday, May 20 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.
About Teddy Bekele
As Chief Technology Officer, Bekele leads the digital transformation at Land O’Lakes, leveraging existing and emerging technologies to keep the enterprise competitive in a rapidly evolving landscape. Under Teddy’s leadership, teams implement technology solutions and industry ecosystems that leverage disruptive technologies such as advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and internet of things to help retail and farmer customers produce more sustainable outputs. Bekele is also responsible for the information technology and information security functions at Land O’Lakes.
Bekele holds an MBA from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University. He’s active in his community, serving as Chair for the FCC and USDA Task Force on Precision Agriculture Connectivity and the Minnesota Broadband Task Force. He’s also on the boards of Stella Health, Genesys Works Twin Cities, and MnTech. He has been featured in several publications including 60 Minutes, BBC, Fortune, MIT Sloan Management Review, and Innovate Minnesota.
