Dunwoody College of Technology<\/a> has been named one of the Top 200 Workplaces in Minnesota for 2025 by the Minnesota Star Tribune. The complete list of the Top Workplaces can be found at https:\/\/topworkplaces.com\/award\/startribune\/2025\/<\/a> and was published in the Top Workplaces special section on Sunday, June 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top Workplaces recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction. The results are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The confidential survey measures employee experience around several key themes, including: Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cKnowing that employees feel supported and empowered in their work is something that all organizations strive to achieve, and something we are immensely proud of,\u201d said Vice President of Human Resources Patricia Edman. \u201cThis award is a testament to the culture of caring our faculty and staff create both in and out of the classroom on a daily basis. We are honored to be named one of the 200 Top Workplaces in Minnesota for 2025 and we are grateful to our employees who continue to dedicate their careers to changing lives through technical education.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To qualify for the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. In its sixteenth year, this year\u2019s survey was comprised of 137,573 employees at 389 public, private, and non-profit organizations in Minnesota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dunwoody made the Top Midsize Companies list, which includes businesses and organizations with 150 to 499 employees. Dunwoody was the only college or university to make the list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEarning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,\u201d said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. \u201cThat’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they\u2019re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
