Dunwoody College of Technology is anticipating the return to in-person learning this fall. The Fall 2021 Semester is slated to begin on Monday, August 30, at the College\u2019s Minneapolis campus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recent guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and\nthe Governor\u2019s Office have indicated that resuming normal operations will be\npossible by the fall semester and planning is under way to ensure the College\nis ready, safe, and able to welcome students back to campus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Student and employee safety remains Dunwoody\u2019s top priority,\nand some continued safety protocols may still be in place when the semester\nfirst starts. Those safety protocols will allow the College to resume in-person\nlectures and labs as well as student support functions and student life\nactivities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI am excited that we can welcome more students back to\ncampus this fall,\u201d said President Rich Wagner. \u201cThis past year has been\nchallenging. Thanks to the commitment of our staff and faculty, and the\ndetermination of our students, we have been able to maintain a hybrid learning\nstructure that provided hands-on labs, as well as virtual lectures and project-based\nlearning opportunities. The new tools and technology we implemented to assist\nwith virtual learning will also continue to benefit our students as we move\nforward.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No application fee in April<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The College is currently enrolling for the Fall Semester,\nand Dunwoody will be waiving the application fee for the entire month of April.\nFor current students, registration for the Fall Semester opens on March 29. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-person Open Houses<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The College has already resumed its in-person, monthly Open\nHouses, giving prospective students the opportunity to tour campus, talk with\nfaculty, and meet with an admissions representative. Attendance is being\nlimited due to COVID-19, and the Open Houses are structured to meet\nsocial-distancing requirements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
